Il Cenacolo has secured a block of 20 seats for the 5:30 showing of the 2019 Italian comedy “Ma Cosa Ci Dice Il Cervello” (loosely translated as “Don’t Stop Me Now”). Afterwards, our group will reconvene at the family-run Ristorante La Toscana, a short drive away, for its special Italian cuisine.
Giovanna (Paola Cortellesi) thinks she is the only person with a boring routine life. But a high school reunion shows her that others feel that way too. This inspires her to help others, through various hilarious pranks, to overcome these feelings. (Runtime 100 min; the film has subtitles but the trailer below does not.)
Film tickets are $15.50 each. Reservations are first-come-first-served. Purchase online below or, to pay by check, contact David Cobb at [email protected] or 707.888.2311.
