A Taste of Southern Italian Cooking
January 28 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Rosetta Costantino, Author and Cooking Instructor
Rosetta is the author of two books, My Calabria and Southern Italian Desserts. She has taught cooking to groups in the United States and Europe.
In her presentation, you will learn about the wonderful, healthy and distinctive tastes of the foods of southern Italy. Rosetta will also give us a cooking demonstration. Join us, with a glass of wine, and learn about the foods of the Costantino family.
Rosetta was born and raised in Verbicaro, Calabria (co-incidentally the home of Cenacolista Ron Derenzi’s family) and learned to cook from her mother and grandmothers. Rosetta is a graduate of UC Berkeley, with a degree in chemical engineering. After 20 years of working in Silicon Valley, she retired and became a stay-at-home mom, honing the kitchen skills learned from her mother and grandmothers.
