Our mission: “Il Cenacolo is an organization that preserves, enhances and encourages all aspects of Italian arts, language and culture and recognizes the unique contribution of Italian heritage that is intertwined in the history and life of the San Francisco Bay Area.”
Il Cenacolo was founded in 1928, and is sustained by dues from its membership as well as gifts from the community. We are officially a Social Club with a 501(c)7 status, and donations are therefore not tax-deductible. Any gifts we do receive go directly and fully to the operations and goals of the Club as laid out in the Mission Statement.
