Il Cenacolo and the Museo Italo Americano are pleased to announce a collaboration to foster a greater appreciation of Italian culture and language. Initially, this collaboration consists of speaker exchanges and shared participation in select events of both organizations. In the future, we intend to actively explore additional opportunities for collaboration.
Museo Italo Americano of San Francisco is the first museum in the United States devoted exclusively to Italian and Italian-American art and culture, established 1978. Its mission is to research, collect, and display works of Italian and Italian-American artists, and to promote educational programs for the appreciation of Italian art and culture, to preserve the heritage of Italian-Americans for future generations.
