Il Cenacolo supports the San
Francisco Opera Merola Program and Italian language instruction in
local schools. It annually awards two scholarships in support of Adler
Singers training at the San Francisco Opera, and annually awards a
scholarship stipend to an undergraduate Italian scholar from among the
local universities. At the Christmas Dinner it also designates a Man of the Year for distinguished service.
