Our own Cenocalista Doug Moore collects impressive job titles the way stockbrokers collect crystal balls. Judge, admiral, director, president, and best of all, Commander-General. Doug was able to achieve so many things despite being burdened with an educational itinerary that proceeded through UC Berkeley and Hastings College of the Law to the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
Doug will be speaking about submarines worldwide (483 submarines being operated by the 104 navies, the roles and capabilities of submarines, construction and new innovations in submarine technology), and will also touch upon the nuclear weapons held by ten nations worldwide and the ability of submarines to deliver nuclear
weapons.
Doug is also Il Cenacolo's "Man In Havana" and has recently been vacationing in the various locales of strategic military interest. If he has time remaining he will briefly discuss his visits to nine navies while on a month-long cruise last fall to the Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea.
