Lance is Back!  Thirty-nine-year-old Lance Armstrong has a good chance of taking his eighth yellow jersey as the captain of a strong Radio shack team. He just finished Second in the Tour de Suisse, missing the victory by a mere 12 seconds. This presentation will set the stage, and Von Qualen will provide very brief weekly updates on the course of the race.

Doug has been a stockbroker in San Francisco and Marin all of his adult life. Hailing from Dwight, Illinois, he attended Deep Springs College and Cornell University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is married to the former Nancy Sue Elsten from Indiana. They live in San Rafael.
